Ingredients:
Coffee, CREAM sahlep chocolate menengiç, mastic gum, locust bean
Roasted in Wood Fire.
Preparation:
(65 ml of water 5-6 g of coffee): Measure the drinking water with a cup and put it in the coffee pot.
Add 2 teaspoons of coffee for each cup, add sugar as desired (2 teaspoons for medium).
Mix coffee and sugar thoroughly on low heat.
After a while, share the foam that rises into the cups.
Cook the remaining coffee one more time and pour it into the cups.
Store in a cool and dry place.
