Ingredients:
Coffee, CREAM sahlep chocolate menengiç, mastic gum, locust bean Roasted in Wood Fire.
Preparation:
(5-6 gr coffee in 65 ml water):
Measure the drinking water with a cup and put it in the coffee pot.
2 teaspoons of coffee for each cup If desired, add sugar (2 teaspoons for medium).
Mix coffee and sugar thoroughly on low heat.
After a while, divide the foam into the cups.
Cook the remaining coffee one more time and pour it into the cups.
Store in a cool and dry place.
