Ingredients:
Coffee, CREAM sahlep chocolate menengiç, mastic gum, goat horn
Roasted in Wood Fire.
Preparation:
(5-6 g of coffee in 65 ml of water): Measure the drinking water with a cup and put it in the coffee pot.
Add 2 teaspoons of coffee for each cup, sugar as desired (2 teaspoons for medium).
Mix the coffee and sugar well over low heat.
After a while, share the foam that rises into the cups.
Cook the remaining coffee one more time and pour into the cups.
Store in a cool and dry place.
