Nusnus Star Anise

Star Anise; Also known as Chinese anise, it gets its name from its star-shaped resemblance. Its color is dark brown and brown tones. This herb has the same scent of anise herb. Star anise is obtained by drying the fruits of a tree with white flowers and can grow up to five meters tall. Star anise is mostly used in meals in Far East countries such as China and India. Although it is generally used in sweet and pastry making, it is also used in savory dishes in Indian cuisine.
