Salad Seasoning

It is obtained by mixing spices such as sumac, garlic, thyme and mint.
It can be used in all kinds of salads.
The salad seasoning can be kept in olive oil and vinegar for a while and the flavored sauce obtained can be added to the salad.
Since it gives a sour taste to the sauces in which it is added, it does not require the addition of lemon.
