Thyme

Zahter is a plant belonging to the honeydew family.
It is known for its resemblance to thyme.
It is also known as black thyme or mountain thyme.
It has a rather pungent odor.
It is a 50 cm tall plant with pink flowers.
Usage:
Added to salads, sauces, soups, meat and vegetable dishes.
It gives flavor and facilitates digestion.
Put a teaspoon of thyme in a tea strainer.
Pass the hot water you will put into the glass through this strainer.
It is useful to pour the water that you pass first, it will be cleaned.
You can sweeten and drink it using lemon and sugar.
